Just wanted to point out that your leg cramps are most likely due to lack of salt in your diet. Try adding some unrefined sea salt (preferably) to your food, or even just put it in your mouth and drink it down with water. When your salt/water ratio gets out of wack in your body it usually leads to leg cramps among other things. Just started the SCD diet myself a week ago, doing great! Making sure to put salt on my carrots though:-).
If I ever go on another liquid diet I’ll make sure to keep that in mind. SCD really works wonders. I’m almost a month in and I’m doing a lot better. Keep it up!
