Here’s a rant for ya… At Comic Con, one of the most anticipated panels was one about the upcoming movie Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day. Keep in mind that the Boondock Saints franchise is nowhere near as popular as say the Iron Man movies, or Twilight, but it still has a HUGE cult following. Anyway, I was lucky enough to attend the panel, but was sad to see that it was virtually unspoken of on the internet. I checked all of my normal movie/film websites for their take on the discussion, but alas, nothing! I even emailed a few of the moderators and gave them a synopsis of the event in hopes they would post it, but still, nothing. After searching and searching I was only able to find one website that even slightly mentioned it. They had a few pictures from the panel, which was good, but the article was more like a third person recap that heard it from someone who heard it from someone who had a friend who was there. What the heck?? Why aren’t movie sites covering this? You better believe they are promoting Tim Burton’s latest (which looks sick by the way), and the Harry Potters and what not. But what about these underground cult hits? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
I for one wish they had different variations of mixed nuts. (maybe they already have… I don’t but nuts that often) Like maybe a peanut/cashew combo, and a pecan/almond combo, and a cashew/almond/macademia/brazilian combo. Or maybe a self serve type station that allows you to mix your own nuts. No pun intended.
I agree. Grape flavoring is completely overrated. As a matter of fact, the only thing I can think of off the top of my head that is actually good with grape is the classic cough suppressant Dimetap. Ah youth. Other than that, grape sucks. Don’t even get me started on grape flavored apples. Yes, I’m talking about Grapples…
